- Helps new users online in the channel #ubuntu-ru.
- Participation in the Install Party, starting with release 8.04.
- Help for new users to install and configure the system. Reading the reports in St. Petersburg, Club Phoenix.

Support stable operation of an bridge between IRC and Jabber for the channel #ubuntu-meeting-ru.
